C M – the season ends: Bellator draws 11-11 at Aquademia's field and finishes sixth

Bellator Frusino ends the season with a draw. In Anzio, the team from Ciociaria catches up with Aquademia just 4" from the end and finishes the 2024/25 season in sixth place, the best result in the history of the Ciociaria club with a consequent record of points. The last match of the season in Anzio against Aquademia proves to be a very tough and complicated match. Aquademia is always ahead: 5-2 in the first quarter, 7-5 at halftime, and 9-7 in the third quarter. They try to keep the Ciociaria team at a distance, but the determined Ciociaria team fights back and after a long chase, manages to equalize 11-11 just 4" from the end with a beautiful shot from outside by captain Simone Onida, fixing the score to a fair draw of 11-11.

Scoring for Ciociaria were captain Simone Onida with 4 goals, Massimo Perna with 2 goals, Pietro Grammaldo, Luca Prioreschi, Gabriele Pacciani, Jacopo Roccatani, and the young Giacomo Paolucci with one goal each.

Here is the comment from Bellator Frusino's coach Mirko Spaziani at the end of the match: "The season is over, and it's time for assessments. We finish in sixth place and improve our position in the standings by two positions compared to last year, moving from eighth to sixth place. Apart from two matches where we fell short (Aquademia at home and Lanciano away), we were always in the game in all matches, putting pressure on all teams with our experience. We could have done more at home where our trend is negative, while away we brought home many points. Also tonight, away, against an excellent team like Aquademia, we showed strong character and a great willingness to sacrifice for each other. I can only thank this group for what we have achieved together this season. Some will stay, others will leave, but I am sure that we will remember this season with pleasure and we are ready to do even better next season."
