Away wins for NE Patra and NGS Iraklis

Wins of great importance for NE Patra (in Group B) and NGS Iraklis (in Group C) in the First Phase of the Second Round of the Women's A2 Water Polo championship.

In the Patra derby, NEP, as the nominal visitor at the Ant. Peppas Swimming Pool, defeated NO Patra 10-8, handing them their first defeat of the season in Group B. They reached 12 points in 5 games, reducing the gap from NOP, who has 15 points but in 6 games.

NGS Iraklis easily defeated their city rival AS Aris Thessaloniki 12-8 at the Poseidonio Swimming Pool, taking the lead in Group C with 16 points, albeit having played one more game than OFTh.
