In Belgrade, shortly after the senior European Championships in swimming, diving and artistic swimming, the veteran club European Championships in all water sports, including water polo, began.
Croatian veteran water polo is represented by three teams - Magla from Split, Dubrovnik veterans and Stara Sava from Zagreb. Two medals have been secured so far.
In the category over 40 years old, the Magla team from Split won the gold medal, defeating Vojvodina from Novi Sad 13:2 in the final.

Namely, in the semi-final, Dubrovnik veterans were better than Real Canoe from Madrid 8:3, while in the second semi-final, Stara Sava lost to BVSC 13:4. Thus, on Sunday, Stara Sava will try to win the bronze medal against Madrid from Real Canoe.
