Overview
Denver Squid is a 501c3 non-profit masters (18+) aquatics club in Denver, CO. Founded in 1992 by a group of athletes preparing for Gay Games '94, Squid started out as Colorado’s only LGBT and allies masters swim team. Squid has been a home for a number of aquatic athletes over the years looking for a place of connection, comradery, and opportunity. Rooted in our mission to serve anyone regardless of athletic ability, we are proud to be a Squad… a term for a group of squids!

Our members range from beginners to fitness to top-notch competitive swimmers, water polo players, open water swimmers, artistic swimmers, divers, inner tubers, and triathletes that like our team's friendly and welcoming atmosphere of our team. Outside of the pool, we often share dinner after practice or brunch on Saturdays and have an array of social activities and competitions throughout the year.

Whatever your reasons for joining, you'll find that we have great workouts, fun social events, and exciting competitions. We participate in local competitions with other masters teams, and national / international competitions with other inclusive aquatic clubs.
