Cosma Vela Ancona at work from next week
The new adventure in the women's A1 series is approaching for Cosma Vela Ancona: Viktoria Kiss has been said goodbye and the team has been strengthened with the arrival of Lili Frater, a twenty-year-old from Budapest, coming from the Club Natació Atlètic Barceloneta already in Italy and in Ancona in the next few days, but also with the Sofia Mancinelli's return home, last year in Florence, coach Milko Pace's team is getting ready to start training again for a season that will open in October, on the 12th with the Coppa Italia and on the 19th with the top championship. The Ancona team will be the same one that won promotion to A1, with the exception of Viktoria Kiss and with the two additions already mentioned, a Cosma almost entirely made in Ancona ready for the challenge in the top tournament. The Ancona players will be at work from Monday, except for Mancinelli in the national team with the 2006s, after a couple of weeks in which they resumed their activity individually but not in the pool. The upcoming season promises to be extremely demanding: "We will try to follow our path, to continue to improve as individual girls and as a team - explains coach Milko Pace -, to fight for salvation until the last available match. We are looking around for another addition but at the moment there is nothing concrete. I have a motivated group with a great desire to do well. From Monday we will start very strong, with a month of work that is extremely demanding from a physical point of view for everyone, and we will try to enjoy this opportunity and this experience".
