Brazilian clubs start South American Championship with victory in São Paulo - News :: CBDA
(Rio de Janeiro, December 7, 2023) The South American Club Championship began with a victory for Brazilian teams. The competition, held at Sesi Vila Leopoldina, in São Paulo, is organized by Consanat, in partnership with CBDA and SESI and will run until next Sunday (10).
On the first day of games, SESI and ABDA won their matches. Sesi beat Shuter by W.O, while ABDA beat WP Nacional, from Chile, by 12 to 3 and Regatas Lima, from Peru, by 13 to 12.
Among the men, Flamengo had no trouble beating Bigua, from Uruguay, and won in its debut by 26 to 12. Then, it faced SESI Jr and won its second victory by 18 to 6. SESI faced SESI Jr and won by 16 to 4, then beat Regatas Lima by a score of 24 to 6.
The competition continues this Friday (8) with matches starting at 9 am.
