Are you passionate about developing young athletes? Interested in taking your coaching or support skills to the next level in a nationally recognised programme? Then Swim England’s Water Polo Talent Centres want to hear from you.

What Are Talent Centres?

Swim England Water Polo Talent Centres are regional hubs dedicated to the long-term development of both players and coaches. These centres offer a consistent, high-quality training environment for U14 and U16 athletes who are on the national talent pathway.

But it’s not just about players — Talent Centres are just as much about building a strong coaching and support network, providing growth opportunities for everyone involved, from experienced coaches to new volunteers.

Why Get Involved?

  • Develop Your Skills: Whether you’re on the poolside or behind the scenes, you’ll gain valuable experience in a performance environment.
  • Build the Future: Help shape the next generation of water polo talent in England.
  • Join a Team: Work alongside other passionate, skilled individuals in a supportive and progressive structure.
  • Make a Difference: Your time and expertise will directly support young athletes and strengthen the pathway
