OLYMPIC GAMES PARIS / 8AUG: María, Ángela, Valeria and ESP-NED for a place in the women's final

After the sadness for men's water polo and almost at the same time the euphoria for the medal in artistic, the Olympics give no respite and this very Thursday morning we had breakfast at 07:30h with the debut of open water swimming in the Seine: women's final. Ten kilometres in water that we hope and wish will not affect the health of the athletes. And if on top of that María de Valdés (number 24) and Ángela Martínez (number 19) do the race of their lives, then it would be perfect.

Later, at 10:00h, women's semi-final of individual 3-metre springboard with Valeria Antolino who entered with the seventh time. The top 12 provides the cut for the final on Friday at 15:00h. And our aquatic agenda closes for the day, at 2:35 p.m., nothing less than a Spain-Netherlands women's water polo match (a reissue of the European final) for a place in Saturday's final scheduled for 3:35 p.m.
