Haris Pavlidis: "I had a feeling..."
Cheerful, proud, and happy, the national team's coach, Haris Pavlidis, stated about the triumph in China:
"To be honest, I am very emotionally charged. My first tournament as Greece's head coach coincided with winning the gold medal. We played well, had a good defense, didn't let them score. We made few mistakes. It was a good game. I had a feeling since the morning that we would be winners. I want to congratulate my girls for the incredible tournament they had."
