The curtain falls on the regular season of the male Serie A1 and at the Bellariva swimming pool one of the most anticipated and delicate matches of the 26th round takes place: Rari Nantes Florentia against Pallanuoto Trieste, a match with the taste of a play-off, filled with emotions and competitive tension between two teams at opposite poles but united by the same stake, victory. The winner celebrates, the loser will have to look at the other fields, hoping for missteps from direct competitors.
For the home team ninth in the standings tied with Iren Genova Quinto (26 points) but ahead of the Ligurians and Telimar Palermo for the best placement in direct encounters, victory would mean direct salvation without going through the play-out carousel.
