Milardović's four goals and Lozina's hat-trick
In the 12th round of the Bundesliga, Spandau 04 did not play (they will play a postponed match later), but that does not change the fact that the deadlock between Spandau 04 and Waspo 98 Hannover continues for the new crown. Among the Croats, Luka Lozina and Nikola Milardović stood out with goals last weekend.
Results of the 12th round:
Neuköln Berlin – Waspo 98 Hannover 4:25 (Milardović 4, Lozina 3 for the winners)
Duisburg – Duisburger 13:11 (Pavičić Capucho 2 for the losers)
White Sharks Hannover – Potsdam Berlin 7:11
Standings: Waspo 98 Hannover 30, Spandau 04 27 (-1)…

FRANCE
Taverny's first win
In the 8th round of Le Championnat, what stands out is precisely what we highlighted in the title. Taverny's first win this season, against Nice who is now at the bottom. Once a great, indeed the best, French club (admittedly more than 20 years ago), now only a shadow of the club that played a significant role in the Champions League. The state champion Marseille easily won the away match in Reims, with Karlo Kreković scoring one goal for the hosts.
Results of the 8th round:
Reims – Marseille 6:15 (Kreković 1 for the hosts)
Taverny – Olympic Nice 11:8
Strasbourg – Sete 14:9
Pays d’Aix – Montpellier (to be played on Tuesday)
Standings: Marseille 24, Pays d’Aix 20, Strasbourg 19 (+1)…

SPAIN
Štrkalj and Tedeschi among the scorers
Fatović's team, reigning champions Barceloneta, is simply too strong for the competition. In the past round, they had a dominant performance against Mediterrani, a solid mid-table team, who ended up losing by 16 goals. Sabadell expectedly won away at Sant Andreu, with a goal scored by Korčula's Petar Tedeschi, who left KPK last summer.
Šibenik's Nikola Štrkalj was a scorer for Ceuta in their away defeat against Catalunya.
Results of the 16th round:
Mataro – Terrassa 4:9
Echeyde – Real Canoe 11:12
Rubi – Barcelona 8:17
Catalunya – Ceuta 10:8 (N. Štrkalj 1 for the guests)
Mediterrani – Barceloneta 9:25
Sant Andreu – Sabadell 6:14 (Tedeschi 1 for the losers)
Standings: Barceloneta 48, Sabadell 44, Barcelona 37, Terrassa 33 (-1)…

UVSE – Miskolc 16:9
Ferencvaros – Szentes 21:8
