News - Seminar on Coaches' Qualification Enhancement Held in Krasnoyarsk
In Krasnoyarsk, a week-long intensive training session for coaches of beginner-level groups from the regions of the Russian Far East was held. Coaches from Ulan-Ude, Krasnoyarsk, Dalnegorsk, Blagoveshchensk, Abakan, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, and Biysk participated in the seminar.
Seminar program:
1. Acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge on effective athlete training and professional development;
2. Teaching and practical reinforcement through athlete coaching;
3. Overview, study, and clarification of current rules, analysis of complex aspects of officiating in water polo competitions;
4. Conducting certification testing.
The intensive was conducted by Dmitry Borisovich Apanasenko (senior specialist of the national reserve teams of the Russian Water Polo Federation), Yevgeny Anatolyevich Zhilyaev (coach of the Russian national water polo teams), Yevgeny Alexandrovich Los (coach of the Russian national teams), and Arkadiy Valeryevich Voevodin (representative of the Russian Water Polo Federation, national and international level referee)
All participants in the seminar noted the professionalism of the instructors and the high level of organization of the event.
