Theodoros Vlachos stated on the federation's website: "A new four-year cycle begins, a new Olympic preparation. For the Men's National Team, the goals remain high. It is a very high-quality team that has established itself in the top ranks of the world in recent years. We must continue with more work and attention. To support the athletes as much as we can, both the management and us coaches. We have common and high goals; we need to work correctly, do what is necessary to keep our sport among the top teams, and achieve our dreams. In December, there will be a camp and the preparation call for the World Cup in January. For us, it is crucial as qualification for the World Championship in Singapore is open. So, we want to qualify for the final phase and try to be together at least once a month until the summer, which is our big goal in Singapore."

Antonis Vlontakis said: "It is a great honor to be part of the coaching staff of the national teams. It is a great challenge. I am not afraid, I have never been afraid, I always pursued challenges. I believe that we will work very hard; there is good material, and I want to believe that we will achieve something significant. My roles are different in the Women's National Team and in the U16 Girls' Team. For the Women's Team, a new Olympic cycle begins; there are girls who have left, and we want to create a new team that will continue the high flights."

George Ntaskas emphasized: "A great honor, I am very happy that I was chosen by the federation. We will plan our work, we will try to be better in all areas." Anna Chatzigiorgaki added: "It is a big step for all of us. From the very young categories that Antonis Vlontakis and I belong to, so that the rest of the categories are staffed up to the top. The goal is always to be the best, and I believe that with good cooperation between us and the federation, we will succeed."
