The water polo teams of Novi Beograd and Radnički recorded new victories in the Premier Regional League, while today the water polo team of Šabac will play their match in the fifth round against Primorje as guests. Novi Beograd easily defeated Crvena Zvezda 14:6, while Radnički triumphed in Valjevo with a score of 18:12.

Zagreb's Mladost dominated over Solaris with a 16:8 victory on Friday, and besides Primorje and Šabac (8 PM), today Primorac will face Jug at 6 PM, followed by Jadran Herceg Novi against Jadran Split an hour later.

Novi Beograd opened the match excellently on Dorćol and had a four-goal lead after just five minutes of play. A new victory for Novi Beograd, their seventh of the season and fifth in the regional competition, was already foreseeable then. The guests maintained that lead until the last quarter when they stepped on the gas again and achieved a convincing victory.

The top scorers for the winning team were Marko Dimitrijević and Angelos Vlahopulos with three goals each, while Aleksandar Radanović stood out for the red and whites, also scoring three goals.

Radnički was equally secure in Valjevo, even though Uroš Stevanović rested Duško Pijetlović and Nikola Jakšić. The advantage during most of the match ranged from four to six goals, and the question of the winner was practically never in doubt.

Nemanja Stanojević led the Kragujevac team with five goals, followed by Lazar Vićković with three, and Strahinja Rašović and Dušan Vasić with two goals each. On the other side, Noa Burburan and Veljko Krstić scored three goals each, while Veljko Dončić and Nikola Bućan scored two goals each.

Before the match, the City of Valjevo and Valis made a nice gesture by presenting commemorative gifts to the golden Olympians from Radnički.
