He dropped two goals early to set the tone and finished the day with a hat trick. Fellow two-time Olympian Dylan Woodhead found himself in a tight battle against fellow Greek club Panionios as they got the win over Woodhead's Vouliagmeni by one, 10-9.
Recco Water Polo downed HAVK Mladost in a match full of offensive. Three-time Olympian Ben Hallock turned in a strong performance for Recco, tallying three goals for a 16-13 win, thwarting a five goal effort from Jan Busic.

Meanwhile TeliMar and Brescia saw a meeting between Paris teammates Drew Holland and Max Irving. Irving and Brescia were the winners on this day, taking a 14-8 decision behind three goals from Irving.
Being at home wasn't enough for Bologna De Akker was they lost by just one goal to SC Quinto 10-9. Tyler Abramson added a couple of scores for the home team in the tight contest. It was the same score and the same result for a USA athlete as Quinn Woodhead's eventual club Roma Via Nova lost to Florentia 10-9.
