WATER POLO / MEN'S EURO CUP
"Storming" Apollon Smyrnis, 17-7 the Turkish ENKA
"Two in two" for Apollo Smyrnis. Another easy task for Petar Radanovic's side, who overcame Turkey's ENKA 17-7 on Saturday morning (28/9) in the Water Polo Men's Euro Cup Qualifying Group 4, hosted in Zagreb.
A dark point for the Greek group was the expulsion with replacement of Nikola Bogdanovic in the second period of the match. Which means that the Serb will be absent from the afternoon (19:00) game against the hosts Mladost and his place will be taken by Dionysis Braimis.
The "blue and white", who will complete their duties in Croatia at 11.00 on Sunday morning (29/9) against rivals Sant Andreu, need one more victory in order to secure their ticket to the group stage of the competition.
