After the European silver in Malta, the young sharks are looking for a way to the top of the world | Water Polo and Swimming Association of Montenegro
At 16, the water polo national team of Montenegro traveled to Malta, where they will participate in the World Championship from June 18 to 24.
It is about the generation of players, which won the European silver last year in Podgorica.
Selector Nenad Vukanić determined the composition of our national team.
The cap of Montenegro will be worn by: Andrija Rajović, Stefan Kruta, Luka Todorović, Luka Savić, Andrej Golubović, Pavle Dabić, Danilo Savović, Marko Milinić, Petar Brnović, Stefan Vraneš, Danilo Roganović, Andrej Durutović, Marko Pejović, Luka Dragović and Dimitrije Milić.
In addition to coach Vukanić, the coaching staff includes coaches Đorđe Radošević and Aleksa Brkić, as well as doctor Vasko Roganović.
Montenegro will play in Malta in Group F, which includes South Africa, Egypt and Slovenia.
The first rival is South Africa, on June 18 from 11:30 a.m., a day later from 5:45 p.m. our team meets Egypt, and on June 20th from 8:45 p.m. with Slovenia.
The first two selections will advance to the round of 16, and the teams from group F will cross with group G, which includes Australia, Canada, Turkey and Croatia.
The round of 16 match is on June 21.
