2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Southwest Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases a revision to the 2024 Men’s Collegiate Club Southwest Division schedule as the entirety of the regular season slate is redone.
Competition is anticipated to begin on Saturday-Sunday, October 5-6, with 20 games at San Diego State University in San Diego, Calif.. The site of the second 20-game tournament remains at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.
The change occurs so teams only play another program once during the regular season. Due to 10 competing teams in the division, each team will not play one opponent during the regular season. The matchups for the opponents not played were randomly picked with the exception of “B” teams. Clubs with “B” teams do not play their own “A” team during the regular season.
The 15-game Southwest Division Championship remains on Saturday-Sunday, October 26-27, at Arizona in Tucson, Ariz., with the victor claiming the division’s bid to the 2024 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship on Friday-Sunday, November 8-10, at a site to be determined.
